I grew up in a house where abuse and chaos were normal.
For years, I kept finding myself in the same loops of fear, overwhelm, and exhaustion. I threw myself into everything like plant medicine, yoga, meditation, fasting, coaching. They helped, but the cycles never fully disappeared.
The difference now? I don’t get lost in them. Even in chaos, I feel more ease and joy in my work than ever before.
